2011summer totally here as its so hot everywhere
at kaya sobrang uhaw ako kanina matapos magjogging
ng 20 mins para mawala ang aking mga bilbil
ang hirap kasi mainit na sa paningin ng mga
katrabaho at pasahero ko, kaya sana eh
madaan pa sa exercise ang pagpayat ko...hihihi

mainit na talaga kahit gabi at buti na lang
earth hour last night kaya medyo lumamig lamig
ang kamunduhan plus sa tulong ng tubig mula pitsel
na galing sa room hospital ni mama eh
naibsan ang aking uhaw sa mahimbing na tulog...

last friday madamdamin ang segment ng tambalan
dahil sa realizations ni nicolehyala. she has
everything she ever wanted -blooming career,
loving husband, supportive family and friends pero
the thought na wala pa silang anak after a year
of marriage made her thirst for some answers.
At simple lang daw ang reply ni God sa kanya:
Kakabigay ko lang ng regalo (husband) sayo eh
nanghihingi ka na agad. Enjoyin' mo muna yan!...

kaya that same night na medyo malungkot ako
dahil hindi kami nakasama ni martyn (sinisipon)
sa lakad ng PAL batchmates ko sa banchetto
eh medyo nauhaw ako sa attention niya
dahil madalas kasama ako paglumalabas
ang barkada niya pero siya ay di pa masyadong
nasisilayan ng mga kaibigan ko.
pero inisip ko na lng marami pa namang
susunod na pagkakataon para makilala nila
ang one and only lovelife ko ...

so nagulat ako sa theme ng mass kanina
about Man's Thirst for God's salvation
(ehem nagpaparamdam ka naman Jesus ah...)
At naisip ko normal lang sa atin ang mauhaw
dahil tayo ay mga nilalang na hindi marunong
makuntento pero lagi naman tayong Binibigyan
ng gracia ng Diyos kaya hindi na tayo dapat
mangamba. Yun nga lang medyo makitid talaga
ang ating aking katalinuhan sa mga plano at
paraan ng Diyos kaya kailangan ang taimtim
na pagtitiwala sa Kanya...

In short FAith ang sagot sa ating mga uhaw hehehe
kaya CHEERS! sa super thirst quencher nating Lord!!!

i dont know if i will consider it a blessing
or a curse that everytime i commit a mistake
surely somebody will always find my fault.

a trainer was on board our flight yesterday
to check us safety and service wise.
i was doing my thing when she instructed us
to do an old procedure to which i obliged
halfheartedly because it was off-standard.
she caught me not following her
and i apologized immediately.
i thought it was ok na not until my attention
was caught by my supervisor regarding the
incident and her thought was i could have
established an open communication with
the trainer by verifying if she really
wanted us to do the other way of doing things...

i dont have a problem with employees
that put their best foot forward whenever
there are auditors around but i think its better
that they do it also even if others are not around...

kaya ako hindi ko talaga hinahangad na marecognize
pa ng management dahil lalo ka lang magiging mainit
sa mata ng co-employees mo at maging ang mga nasa posisyon.
at kahit anong iwas mo eh naka-crab mentality ka talaga

at bilib na bilib ako sa mga ka-batch ko
na kahit ilang beses nang na me-memohan eh
ok lang basta ba naging masaya sila
na nagawa nila ang gusto nila...

pero mas ok na ako na walang nakakapansin
sa mga munting bagay na ginagawa ko ng tama
pero alam kong nasasayahan naman ang mga pasahero ko.
hindi na kailangan mag-effort dahil yung ang totoong ako...

sabi sa homily nung sunday, kahit di mo alam
ung result ng gagawin mo basta alam mong tama yun
sabi ni father eh "just do it" and by doing so
you're increasing your faithfulness to God...

Haizt!!! bukas ko pa malalaman kung anong
magiging usapan ni trainer at ni supervisor
basta kahit ano man ang result eh
pipilitin ko maging cool at faithful
besides, ano nga naman ba ang isang Memo
sa dami dami na ng iba... hehehe

it came to me that pentecost sunday
teaches us that faith is believing in God

They were holding spoons with very long handles that were strapped to their arms and each found it possible to reach into the pot of stew and take a spoonful. But because the handle was longer than their arms, they could not get the spoons back into their mouths.

The holy man shuddered at the sight of their misery and suffering.

The Lord said, 'You have seen Hell.'

They went to the next room and opened the door. It was exactly the same as the first one. There was the large round table with the large pot of stew which made the holy man's mouth water. The people were equipped with the same long-handled spoons, but here the people were well nourished and plump, laughing and talking. The holy man said, 'I don't understand.'

It is simple,' said the Lord.. 'It requires but one skill. You see they have learned to feed each other, while the greedy think only of themselves.'

Half of the class now is startled with the same question we use to answer enthusiastically few weeks ago. Like most people we think being a cabin crew is only about the prestige and the glamor, the pretty face and the elegant stance. As the training commenced, we realized that beyond the service and comfort the crew give, lays the most important part of the job – the safety of every individual on board. To be trained how to give first aid, to survive in the seas, to fight fire, to master evacuation drills and many more. One can only give such with thorough and deep knowledge of the safety procedures and aircraft equipment.

For us to imbibe these lessons, our 110%-committed trainers, Ms Glenda Ochoa and Ms. Gladys Vibar, have taught us how to take care of ourselves as well as to take care of others. That through discipline, one can consistently keep abreast with the technical discussions while maintaining a properly groomed personality.

They also emphasized the value of the welfare of each member as an initial step to achieve a dedicated and genuine customer interaction skill needed, as we plunge into the line. It is also a sure way to build teamwork among us in order to create a professional relationship with other cabin crew. Additionally, fun has proved to be always a good companion.

Indeed Philippine Airlines is very serious with the safety and welfare of their passengers, with the rigid training they give their rookies. Each day the course becomes harder and harder; we learn more about ourselves, about others and how to live harmoniously. Being a cabin crew is more than just what everybody thinks. It is a lifestyle of bringing people to places and realizing their dreams. So when asked "Do you want to fly?", the 16 male and female of Initial Cabin Crew Training Batch 09-02 will surely respond:

"Yes! We will fly

its only a month of training, but the program is so freakin' rigid that relationships starts to crumble.
time is the main issue because we need more time to digest the reading assignments so that we can participate in the discussions and be able to pass exams with above-90% mark.
how come our partners don't comprehend this? how come they add up more stress? it is expected that they should be more understanding at these moments but instead they demand more and grow jealous of the new environment we are into...

i was hit by today's homily. to let go of the things that is not helping you grow. it does not mean that you've gone mad moving away from the people you love but everyone needs to have a space of their own, to breath, to thinks things over, to move forward. i dont want to be a reason for somebody to be dormant the same as i dont others to hinder me achieve my full potential... don't feel bad doing yourself a favor by telling the other person to stand back for may be s/he might also need this chance to see clearly their selves... don't feel bad because you know what you want and you're doing something to achieve it

it was a nice sunday evening pero hindi ko alam bakit balisa ang tulog ko... 3am pa lang, gising na ako at kahit si Baby (Mitch's sister)
eh hindi rin makatulog ng maayos. so we decided to start our monday morning routine very early. 5am, i was taking a bath when suddenly
there was a commotion outside. i was not bothered kasi kala ko simpleng away magkapitbahay lang. And then Baby shouted may na sunog daw.
with just a towel on my waist i checked outside and saw the thick dark smoke just next to our apartment...
WOW!!! natulala ako at nanlamig...
you can hear the cries of mothers and the stern voices of men "tubig pa, tubig pa"... baby came back saying "VAluables, Valuables" and
getting a bag, she started packing the coffeemaker... i remember mitch is still asleep, so i went upstairs at mas nakakatakot ang view...
it was dark and fire was like an inch away from your face... good thing SAFETY PROCEDURE ang latest topic namin sa training at all
remembered was to stay calm, presence of mind, stay focused. i woke up mitch at bigla din syang natulala, hindi makalagaw nung imulat niya
ang kanyang mga mata... Siguro sabi niya "Am I in HELL na ba?" I shouted "CALM DOWN, CALM DOWN!" Buti he snap out of shock and started collecting his valuables... the siblings are now busy putting things in the car parked a block away... i was saving the DVD player and the CABLE box when i realised that i was still in a towel and the soap is sticking in my body. i rinsed quickly, put on my pants grab my back
pack (it pays to be organized knowing that you have secured everything and get it instantly) and run outside... i texted my friends (thank
you very much to all of you) to pray that the fire may not spread and i worked because seconds after i hit the send button fire trucks
were all over the place. i took some air and put on my socks and shoes... the three of us standing by the car, looking at the scene, had
mixed emotions. relieved that everyone was safe, hopeful that fire be contained, sad spotting people in state of shock by the pavement,
afraid that people might get our other appliances. a few minutes pa and the fire was out, some were unconscious...

Thank God our apartment was saved. Mitch and Baby decided not to go to work and have breakfast somewhere else to clear their minds... i
choose to go on training that day...

The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Cups of Coffee

When things in your lives seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began , he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.

He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

"Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things--your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions--and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car.

The sand is everything else--the small stuff. 'If you put the sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

'Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups.

Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first--the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. 'I'm glad you asked.

It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'

The Quarter-Life Crisis

It is when you stop going along with the crowd and start realizing that there are a lot of things about yourself that you didn't know and may or may not like. You start feeling insecure and wonder where you will be in a year or two, but then get scared because you barely know where you are now.

You start realizing that people are selfish and that, maybe, those friends that you thought you were so close to aren't exactly the greatest people you have ever met and the people you have lost touch with are some of the most important ones. What you do not realize is that they are realizing that too and are not really cold or catty or mean or insincere, but that they are as confused as you.

You look at your job. It is not even close to what you thought you would be doing or maybe you are looking for one and realizing that you are going to have to start at the bottom and are scared.

You miss the comforts of college, of groups, of socializing with the same people on a constant basis. But then you realize that maybe they weren't so great after all.

You are beginning to understand yourself and what you want and do not want. Your opinions have gotten stronger. You see what others are doing and find yourself judging a bit more than usual because suddenly you realize that you have certain boundaries in your life and add things to your list of what is acceptable and what is not. You are insecure and then secure. You laugh and cry with the greatest force of your life. You feel alone and scared and confused. Suddenly change is the enemy and you try and cling on to the past with dear life but soon realize that the past is drifting further and further away and there is nothing to do but stay where you are or move forward.

You get your heart broken and wonder how someone you loved could do such damage to you or you lay in bed and wonder why you can't meet anyone decent enough to get to know better. You love someone but maybe love someone else too and cannot figure out why you are doing this because you are not a bad person.

One night stands and random hook ups start to look cheap and getting wasted and acting like an idiot starts to look pathetic. You go through the same emotions and questions over and over and talk with your friends about the same topics because you cannot seem to make a decision.

You worry about loans and money and the future and making a life for yourself and while wining the race would be great, right now you'd just like to be a contender!

What you may not realize is that everyone reading this relates to it. We are in our best of times and our worst of times, trying as hard as we can to figure this whole thing out.

Here's a hypothetical situation that would test your decision-making ability. This situation is very relevant to our present social life, especially we tend to side with the majority, even when it may be wrong.

A group of children were playing near two railway tracks, one still in use while the other disused. Only one child played on the disused track, the rest on the operational track.
The train is coming, and you are just beside the track interchange. You can make the train change its course to the disused track and save most of the kids. However, that would also mean the lone child playing by the disused track would be sacrificed. Or would you rather let the train go its way?
Let's take a pause to think what kind of decision we could make................

Most people might choose to divert the course of the train, and sacrifice only one child. You might think the same way, I guess. Exactly, I thought the same way initially because to save most of the children at the expense of only one child was rational decision most people would make, morally and emotionally. But, have you ever thought that the child choosing to play on the disused track had in fact made the right decision to play at a safe place?

Nevertheless, he had to be sacrificed because of his ignorant friends who chose to play where the danger was. This kind of dilemma happens around us everyday. In the office, community, in politics and especially in a democratic society, the minority is often sacrificed for the interest of the majority, no matter how foolish or ignorant the majority are, and how farsighted and knowledgeable the minority are. The child who chose not to play with the rest on the operational trac was sidelined. And in the case he was sacrificed, no one would shed a tear for him.

The great critic Leo Velski Julian who told the story said he would not try to change the course of the train because he believed that the kids playing on the operational track should have known very well that track was still in use, and that they should have run away if they heard the train's sirens. If the train was diverted, that lone child would definitely die because he never thought the train could come over to that track! Moreover, that track was not in use probably because it was not safe. If the train was diverted to the track, we could put the lives of all passengers on board at stake! And in your attempt to save a few kids by sacrificing one child, you might end up sacrificing hundreds of people to save these few kids.

While we are all aware that life is full of tough decisions that need to be made, we may not realize that hasty decisions may not always be the right one.

today is the 1st day that I am living again in the REAL WORLD.

i am SAD but NOT DISCOURAGED.

a priest once told me that bad things happen to us and

if we are really sorry for it, GOD always forgives us.

It is ok for us to be sad for our guilt because we know that in the future we still hope not to do the bad things again. we are sad now, and we learn, in time we grow.

Against if we are discouraged, we see that there's no more chance to stand up again and just opt to continue being bad.

God does not want us hurt, He never willed it. What He willed is only the Good things for us. It is our freedom that makes not-so-good things possible.

I am happy and grateful that the seminary has helped me alot to see the real me. The weaknesses, the strengths and the potentials.

In the seminary we all carry our crosses and I'm blessed to have my consolations (teary eyes na ako). These young men have also thier concerns but stepped out of their way just to make sure that we all together SMILE or even LAUGH for a moment. Who know who you are - sems, ex-sems, externs, lay people, salesians- and to you THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Even the formators were not exempted from these heavy crosses. To some seminarians a rather not appealing decision may entail a great effort to address everyone's concern/need. And as human as they are they are also limited to give at some point.

Yes I am IMPERFECT. I have problems (physical, mental, emotional health). But this is not the WHOLE of ME. I have also alot of GOOD things to share (not to mention my sunshine smile). I am Now accepting all of these things as what really comprises a HUMAN called ALAN and I can say with confidence to God that I'm exerting all effort to use all what he'd given me for His glory.

I have encountered a lot of Crisis inside the structure of Carreño Formation House but all of these, as Fr. Arvin said, are God's means of purifying me. Good that in this early stage i'm being made aware of my issues so that i can fix it at this moment. All i need is to spent time with Him. Just be there infront of Him, thinking nothing, unloading all burdens, listen to His voice in the silence, giving my full trust to him. I learned to give God daily an hour of my existence and Mary beads of Glory.

I trust in the Lord and at the same time I don't discount the fact that we are living with people who thinks differently from how God thinks.

"the more you know, the more that you do not know" holds very true for us because what are exposed to might just be part of a bigger picture. this does not suggest for us to stay ignorant but instead be humble. Humble that even though we have given our best and still if to no good, believe me it would really take an enormous courage to be humble and just offer it to the Lord. You would really have to strip every piece of pride within you in order to accomplish this easier-said-than-done cliche.

Just as the lyrics of a song go: "I know nothing of tomorrow, except the Love of God will rise before the sun" i feel sad but not discouraged to carry my cross in the real world again.

For days now I've been restless because I puke most of the food I take. And today this has got into my daily 1 hour "tinning meditation" So I went to the garden to breath some fresh air. The green scene helped me calm my thoughts and spend sometime with God. I rewarded them with water and to my surprise Mom just popped out of nowhere. She said she's on her way to Cabuyao and just dropped by. And by coincidence or providence she brought me everything I needed to resolve my health problem… one of them is stresstabs…as i tour her around the busy campus, once more I felt im a MAMA's BOY yet i never felt any pinch of shame... I am more than proud to have her by my side...

Today is the 24^th of the month and at the novena I prayed to Mama Mary to bless me more weight, well surprise surprise she has already given it...

As the new academic year starts, the new faculty members were asked to drop in a box something that will represent them. A lady professor put her rosary beeds to represent her Devotion to our blessed Lady being an alumnae of Auxillium Catechetical Center, Canlubang Laguna - a school managed by the Salesian Sisters. To her surprise she found another rosary in the box. It belongs to a Male professor (uuuyyyy) who was also surprised. He happens to be an alumnus of Don Bosco Techincal Inst., Makati - run by Salesian Priests and got the devotion as a result of the monthly school celebration in honor of Mary, Help of Christians. (Hmmmm love story ba ito?)

A former Salesian brother visited Canlubang today. He was finding his way to one of the Priest's ofc when he asked the (7) seminarians taking their AM snacks. One offered to accompany him and had a li'l chat while waiting for the priest. He will be some taking his Perpetual Profession as an Monk in the ORDER of ST. BENEDICT. A congregation known for their being Contemplative or being secluded from earthly matters by perpetually staying inside the monastery. What's struck the seminarian was this idea: You need not go to the Desert to be secluded and pray. Your COMMUNITY is your desert... (whoaa! ang lalim) bottom line: God's Will rules, so don't be afraid to follow His call... at the end, the Dom gave the seminarian a Benedictine Medal as a gratitude for his kindness...

Two stories, One lesson. You can not give what you do not have. Devotion is like Osmosis, you get it from your surroundings so that in the future you'll be spreading it. And weather you are a religious or not, good deeds comes easily when the our Queen of Kindness and Her Son is with you. ayt?

Mark's Marshmallow Game

In the past, in spreading the good news Barnabas and Paul we always together. Mark asked them if he could join them. On the their first journey Mark got tired and needed to go home. He requested to join them again when he got alright but Paul hesitated. Barnabas gave him Mark a chance that lead him to separate ways with Paul.
At the end Mark became very good in preaching the word that St. Peter favored him more than Paul.

In the past, a test was given to children telling them that if dont eat the marshmallow until the one who gave it returns, they have additional mallow as a reward. some gave in to the temptation, some didnt' mind them and waited for their reward.
At the end the kids who didn't ate the mallows (the ones who have higher EQ) were more successful in life than their counterparts.

In the past games, ive been receiving positive comments about my improvement playing the basketball. But this afternoon's game made me feel disappointed and hopeless to a point of being angry. Ive told God about it in prayer.
At the end, the stories above (through Fr. Joe) made me realize that there's still hope for me to excell in this sport. If i'll allow these non sense anxieties overcome me i'll be a loser indeed. The game is not yet over...

so let us "NOT TO BE DISCOURAGED" and just keep pushin ourselves.

24th: find us faithful

Tonight marks my third Sunday here at the seminary and with my current state it is timely or rather God's providence that I was tasked to give a sermonette in honor of our Lady, the most faithful. I believe that a lot of our present practices are made possible due to Mary's faithfulness.

In the wedding at the Cana, should Mary hesitated to tell her Son "they have no more wine" we would not have withnessed Jesus' first miracle. That as Christ turned water into wine we are reminded that the religion is not avoiding defilement but rather receiving from Jesus the spirit which breaks us from the established norms and the narrowness of our own knowledge and learning. In the same manner that we seminarians should find a deeper value in our structure-bound activities. Our motivation should lie on internalization more than compliance.

Canticle of Mary is the one of vespers' highlight to which the whole world are enjoined in praying everyday. And this prayer came from our Mother's heart seeing her cousin Elizabeth in one of the church's mystery – the Visitation. Our journey as religious are meant to have tons of temptations not be humble. May every work and deeds of ours be a true prayer of our soul being grateful to the only Source of accomplishment Jesus Christ.

It could have not been possible without the journals of St. John of the Cross, St. Teresa of Avila and the most recently Mother Teresa of Calcutta that the world would have known of the dark night of a soul - the greatest challenge of faithfulness. It is when one does not experience the Presence of God and yet they have conquered such pain by their devotion to our Lady. Mama Mary may have guided them to inscribe every experience, sad and joyful, for them and the Church to look back and be reminded that through our human uncertainness, She and Her Son is always there, always loving us, always faithful.

During the birthday celebration of DB Mandaluyong Rector Fr. Eli Cruz, SDB, I was inspired with how his conferrers gave him such respect through a song. Respect that was liberated from his daily living by example. And I hope I can be like this person. (PLAY "Find us faithful" by Steve Green).

Mama Mary's motivation to help, humbleness to prayer and remindful legacy pave the way for Her to be the most faithful servant of God. And as we celebrate her Feast of Assumption, our Mother made to life Don Bosco's motto: Work, Bread, Life and we too can also take part of it – by being FAITHFUL

God as the Good Shepherd was yesterday's gospel making it a celebration of Vocation Sunday. and like a shepherd, priests also leads others...

Fr. Vester once mentioned that if you want to convince a group of ten (10) you only need to talk to that (3) person that others are most likely to follow. but i asked my self how would you know who are these (3)? well its not at easy task but i hope God will help me to master that skill in order to effect betterment....

and with the present number of the religious depleting, the quest to bring it back to equilibrium
by harnessing more one-thirds to be Good Shepherds still continues...

taken one monday morning, the inspiration to shoot this photo (unmanipulated) came from the cover of the novel "the kite runner" by Khaled Hosseini.

borem was so engrossed reading it and never failed to update me during our nightly recreation time. and after watching the movie last nyt, indeed he has covered all the main points of the story...

well for me, it tells two things: childhood greatly affects ones life and theres always a chance to be good again...

kaya its nice to check whether your inner child is happy or not... who knows its not yet late to patch things with him at make your coming days to be of true happiness... and a sure way to pacify that haunting voice is to do good today, to yourself and others as well... ayt? Ü

tatlong-butas is the go-to venue of canlubang with its accommodating down to earth dinning and the best halo-halo ive ever tasted.

place to be... whenever i have the chance to go out especially during non-structured days like feb 25 (edsa day) with Maam Reggie, a sunday with Fr. Abel (he fetched orientationist James mar29) and just recently apr 7 (araw ng kagitingan) with jm and migs. wow panata yata ito...

save the best for last and that can only be the ice cream topping of their halo-halo after savoring all ingredients first... truly satisfying for only P35- not bad a price to enjoy lasting moments with ur friends ayt... Ü

Although how effective water pumps can be, wear and tear will surely hit them someday...
And today it did to--actually since yesterday...

And chores were never the same. Especially the plates, drinking glasses, silverwares, the sink, toilet bowls and the dippers and pails. they all look sad and pale... gone are the days that I see them overjoyed by the presence of water.

with this feeling, I hope to b more vigilant in conserving water. who knows may be today its just the pump and tomorrow its the water itself.

scarcity of water made these guys (whil, jarmy & aries to name a few) to fetch water from various site of the campus. THE CATCH: they initiated the act even though AM schedule for chores was called of and that they may have just waited for the pump to get fixed.

sure this event brought out the caring persona in some and not to mention that person who surprised me the night before with a pail of water...

my patience was really put into the test as a roam the city once more...

7-12nn anton's graduation: a very long one, they made two 160-candidate roll calls. and the best part is that you can't leave your place during the ceremony...

530-830pm waiting for a trip back to laguna, standing all throughout the stretch and walked in the middle of expressway as a better option to reach canlubang exit faster.

nevertheless peace came to me the moment in back at don bosco and felt the warm greetings of my fellow seminarians.

people still live their lives in a rush...
the street are always full...
all are hurrying up to go from one place to another...

things are always prepared in a instant...
occasions pass their eyes swiftly...
they are so focused to get things done
that they miss the point why they are doing it in the first place...

my point: SLOW DOWN PEOPLE

pause for awhile
think if you really need what your doing

and at the end you'll discover that
joy can also be found in simple things...
